I design end-to-end digital services and products using User-Centred Design practices, WCAG-aligned accessibility, and data-driven iteration. My work spans discovery to delivery: research and journey/service mapping, hypothesis-led prototyping, usability testing/A-B testing, analytics, and translation into design-system-ready components. I’ve delivered measurable outcomes by aligning user needs with business goals in agile, cross-functional teams.
I use qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points, turning evidence into clear insights.
Deliverables: Research plans, interview findings, usability tests, survey analysis and insight reports.
I map end-to-end services across users, teams, processes and systems to identify friction, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
Deliverables: As-is and to-be journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, workshops and service concepts.
I translate user needs and service insights into clear, accessible digital experiences, from early flows and wireframes through to interactive prototypes and final UI.
Deliverables: User flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems and accessibility specifications.
Service and UX design
Designed an AI-powered Search Assistant for Web of Science to help researchers refine complex searches, understand their results and decide what to do next.

Lutrack Inventory is a SaaS platform that I designed and built to help small businesses manage inventory with ease. The product was later acquired on Flippa, reflecting both its usability and market value.
